2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

5. Trainings
Unicorn Play Academy may offer live, virtual, recorded, and on-demand trainings.

Participants are responsible for confirming the date, time, and applicable time zone before registering for a live training.
Unless specifically identified as offering continuing education credit, Unicorn Play Academy trainings should not be assumed to qualify for continuing education credit, licensure renewal, certification, or other professional credentialing requirements.
It is the participant's responsibility to verify whether a particular training satisfies requirements established by their licensing board, employer, professional organization, or credentialing body.
Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and any software or technology reasonably necessary to access virtual or on-demand training content.
Unicorn Play Academy is not responsible for a participant's inability to access a training due to personal equipment, internet connectivity, device compatibility, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
6. On-Demand Trainings
On-demand trainings are provided for individual educational use by the purchaser.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, each on-demand training purchase provides access to one individual purchaser only. Access may not be shared with colleagues, employees, organizations, practices, schools, agencies, or other individuals. Separate purchases or an applicable group license are required for additional users when offered by Unicorn Play Academy.
Purchasing access to an on-demand training does not transfer ownership of the training or its accompanying materials.
You may not record, reproduce, copy, download where downloading is not expressly permitted, redistribute, resell, publicly display, teach from, upload, share login credentials for, or otherwise provide purchased training content to another person without prior written permission from Unicorn Play Academy.
Access periods, when applicable, will be stated on the product or training page.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may include printable therapy resources, worksheets, handouts, educational materials, guides, graphics, and other downloadable content.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or professional use.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of that product to you.
Unless expressly permitted in the product listing, digital products may not be:

Clinicians and helping professionals may use purchased resources with their own clients or students when such use is consistent with the license stated on the individual product page.
8. Physical Products
Physical products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other details. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, manufacturing processes, or other factors.
Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Any applicable return or exchange terms will be governed by the Refund and Return Policy posted on the website.
9. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
Payments for products, trainings, and other paid offerings are processed through the payment options made available through our Wix website.

Digital Products
Because digital products are made available electronically, purchases of digital downloads are generally final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
On-Demand Trainings
Purchases of on-demand trainings are generally final and non-refundable once access to the training has been provided, except where otherwise stated or required by law.
Live Trainings
Cancellation and refund terms for live trainings will be stated on the applicable registration page.
If Unicorn Play Academy cancels a live training, registered participants will receive information regarding rescheduling, credit, or refund options, as applicable.
Physical Products
Returns of eligible physical products may be accepted within the timeframe stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
Products must meet the conditions described in that policy, and purchasers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
