Booking Registration & Cancellation Policy Registration and payment are required to reserve your spot in a Unicorn Play Academy live training. All training registrations are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, technical difficulties on the participant’s end, or failure to attend the training. If you are unable to attend, your registration fee will not be refunded or credited toward a future training unless otherwise stated. If Unicorn Play Academy cancels a training, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date, when available. If a training must be rescheduled, registered participants will be notified using the email address provided at registration.
