Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! If your order isn’t quite right, eligible physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item is returned used, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable shop policies.

Please note: Because of the nature of digital products, digital downloads and printable resources are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Physical Products

We know waiting for happy mail is hard! Physical orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (24–48 business hours) after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier, shipping method, and destination. Please note that the 1–2 business day time frame refers to processing time and does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

While we do our best to get orders on their way quickly, Unicorn Play Academy cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Digital products are delivered electronically—no physical product will be shipped.

Digital files will be available according to the download or delivery instructions provided at checkout. Because these products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping or handling charges for digital-only purchases.
